Japan - Abstract
- W wielu krajach na świecie panuje moda na klastry, co wynika z poszukiwania sposobów na poprawę międzynarodowej konkurencyjności gospodarek. Wykorzystanie klasteringu do poprawy dobrobytu gospodarczego jest wspomagane przez politykę klastrową. Charakter tej polityki różni się nieco pomiędzy krajami. Celem artykułu jest identyfikacja priorytetów i działań polityki klastrowej w Japonii. Autorka rozpoczyna od krótkiej prezentacji ogólnych założeń polityki klastrowej w Japonii, by potem zainteresować czytelnika jej koncepcją, misją i celami szczegółowymi. Następnie zostają pokazane kamienie milowe w procesie jej implementacji i scharakteryzowane główne efekty jej wdrażania. Jako przykład udanego realizowania priorytetów klastrowych zostaje zaprezetnowany Neo Cluster Japan.(abstrakt oryginalny)
Clustering became a kind of fashion which prevails in many countries in the world. The exploitation of the concept of the economic welfare is fostered by cluster policy. However, the character of this kind of policy varies between countries. The aim of the paper is to identify main priorities and actions of the cluster policy in Japan. The author starts with a short presentation of the cluster policy, drawing readers' attention to the concept, mission, and objectives of the policy. It is followed by description of milestones in the implementation of Japanese cluster policy. Then some results of the actions are outlined. An example of successful implementation of the policy is the Neo Cluster Japan, which is briefly characterized.(original abstract) - Accessibility
