Abstract
Proces globalizacji rynków kapitałowych zawiera w sobie rozwój połączeń i relacji między indywidualnymi rynkami w ekonomicznym, finansowym i prawnym wymiarze. Rynki kapitałowe Indii stają się coraz bardziej rozwinięte w wyniku zmian z ostatnich lat oraz liberalizacji gospodarki. Nadal jednak głównym problemem jest przejrzystość dokonywania operacji giełdowych, stąd konieczność wprowadzenia instytucjonalnych reform, szczególnie w zakresie ładu korporacyjnego (skupienia sie na poszanowaniu i ochronie praw akcjonariuszy). Podstawowe reguły ładu korporacyjnego w Indiach są wymienione dokumencie The Indian Confederation Code, zatytułowanym Desirable Corporate Governance - A Code. Zasady te są istotne dla wprowadzenia w życie dobrze funkcjonującego ładu korporacyjnego oraz postępu na rynku finansowym i kapitałowym Indii.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The process of capital markets globalization includes the development of linkages and relations among individual markets in the economical, financial, and legal dimension. The capital markets of India become more developed in last years, because of the liberalization of the economy. Still the main problem is the transparency of realizing a transaction, so the further institutional reforms are necessary, especially including corporate governance reforms (and focusing on a stockholders rights respect and protection). The basic rules of corporate governance in India are mentioned in The Indian Confederation Code, entitled Desirable Corporate Governance - A Code. They are important to implement good corporate governance system and an advancement of financial and capital market of India.(original abstract)
