- Artykuł opisuje przyczyny tworzenia nowego kanału dystrybucji usług bankowych z uwzględnieniem różnic w rozwoju technologicznym bankowości w różnych częściach świata. Analizie poddano różnice w ofercie kierowanej do klientów i rodzaje usług, z których korzystają stosując bankowość mobilną. (abstrakt oryginalny)
According to the estimates to 2015 in Europe there will be 115 million customers of mobile banking and in North America 86 million. According to the analysts of Berg Insight until 2015 from 3 to 15% of International money transfers will be realized by means of m-banking. However, the development of m-banking is double-pronged. On one hand, it is the result of differences in access to the financial services and wealth of society in different regions of the world. In highly-developed countries m-banking is an additional channel of access, which makes using banking services even easier. For the population of the developing countries it is often the only accessible financial service which they can use. (original abstract) - Accessibility
