Abstract
Sukces w globalnej gospodarce sieciowej jest uzależniony od umiejętności kierowania procesami kreowania i dyfuzji wiedzy w przestrzeni wirtualnej. W artykule zanalizowano zależności pomiędzy strukturą, kapitałem społecznym oraz procesami tworzenia i dzielenia się wiedzą w wirtualnej wspólnocie działań (sieci wiedzy). Ponadto zidentyfikowano strukturalne determinanty rozwoju jej kapitału społecznego. (abstrakt oryginalny)

Success in the global networked economy depends on the ability to manage knowledge creation and diffusion process in virtual space. The paper presents and analyzes relationships between structure, social capital and the knowledge creation and sharing in a virtual community of practice, as well as key structural determinants of a successful VCoPs.
