Abstract

Taking into account the complexity of innovative processes, factors influencing organizational innovativeness are still investigated with a great attention. In this paper we are focused on the following determinants of innovativeness: market orientation, knowledge management, organizational trust and employee empowerment. The paper shows theoretical arguments and empirical findings which indicate that it is necessary to shape the mentioned above factors more consciously to achieve the higher level of organizational innovativeness.
