Abstract
Cel ten zostanie zrealizowany poprzez zaprezentowanie wyników badań empirycznych dotyczących zaangażowania w pracę zawodową i związków pomiędzy zaangażowaniem w pracę a klimatem uczenia się w polskich organizacjach. The growing significance of knowledge makes it more and more important for an organization's success to create a learning climate. However, contemporary organizations need employees who are not only competent but also really involved in their job, who want to make use of their knowledge and skills for organizational success. This paper tries to answer the question about the level of Polish employees' job involvement and whether learning climate is related to job involvement. This aim will be achieved by presenting the results of empirical research concerning job involvement and relationships between learning climate and job involvement in Polish organizations.
