Abstract
Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie zasobowych czynników wzrostu przedsiębiorstwa w perspektywie przedsiębiorcy/menedżera, organizacji oraz strategii rozwoju (kombinacja POS), a także wskazanie możliwości wykorzystania tej wiedzy w decyzjach przedsiębiorców i inwestorów. Scharakteryzowano ponadto sposoby pomiaru wzrostu firmy oraz jego mikro- i makroekonomiczne znaczenie. Jako podstawę wnioskowania wykorzystano koncepcje teoretyczne i przegląd badań empirycznych. The aim of the article is to present the resource-based factors of company growth according to the characteristics of entrepreneur/manager, organization and strategy (the POS model) and to identify the opportunity of utilizing those findings in decision-making of entrepreneurs and external investors. Moreover, the ways of measuring growth and its importance at the micro- and macroeconomic levels were discussed. The text was based on the literature review including theoretical and empirical research of the company growth. (original abstract)
