- Abstract
- Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie wybranych narzędzi TFM w przedsiębiorstwie produkcyjnym, takich jak: planowanie pull, SMED, karty kanban, standaryzacja pracy, "milk run" ("pętla mleczarza"), które mogą przyczynić się do usprawnienia działań w łańcuchu dostaw. Główne metody badawcze zastosowane w artykule to metoda analizy i syntezy literatury źródłowej oraz metoda obserwacji zewnętrznej.
The customer's satisfaction is important for companies in the booming global economy, providing high quality products in a timely manner and to the right place. It is important to ensure an adequate flow between suppliers, manufacturers and customers, which gives the Total Flow Management (TFM). TFM is a model that exists in the kaizen management system - continuous improvement. TFM includes a set of tools designed to stabilize the process in the enterprise and identifying and eliminating any loss in the entire route of products and information flow. Appropriate designing of the production line, creation the adequate internal and external logistics can be helpful in obtaining high-performance, high quality, high flexibility and thus may contribute to the improvement of the supply chain management and gaining a competitive advantage. This article aims to present selected TFM tools in a production company, such as pull planning, SMED, kanban, standardized work, milk run, that may contribute to the improvement of the supply chain. Main research methods used in the article are method of analysis and synthesis of the source literature and method of external observation. (original abstract) - Accessibility
