- Szczegółowej analizie poddano podaż na rynku wtórnym lokali mieszkaniowych w Szczecinie. Zwrócono uwagę na: rozkład powierzchni mieszkaniowych, cenę mieszkania oraz cenę za 1 m2 oferowanych lokali do sprzedaży.
The article presents an analysis of supply on secondary market of dwellings in Szczecin. The research was carried out on the basis of dwellings' sale offers put in Westpommeranian Offers Exchange System. Dwellings' sale offers have been described with quantitative variables (usable floor space of a dwelling, price of a dwelling, price of 1 m2 of a dwelling), for which statistical structure and dynamics patterns have been examined. The analysis was carried out for total number of offers and for districts of Szczecin separately. The research also included an analysis of change in 1 m2 price of dwellings offered for sale during 1999-2006. Seven years of free market development (including accession of Poland to the European Union) brought real increase of offered dwellings' prices. 18% increase of 1 m2 price of two- and three-roomed dwellings and 13% increase of 1 m2 price of one-roomed dwellings were stated. The smallest increase in price was noticed in the case of square meter of big dwellings (5%). (Translated by Magdalena Kamińska) (original abstract) - Accessibility
