- Abstract
- Celem artykułu jest ocena rozwiązań w obszarze rozwoju infrastruktury pocztowej w Polsce oraz określenie roli państwa jako głównego kreatora kierunku i intensywności jej rozwoju. Intencją autorki było zachowanie teoretycznej formy rozważań, a więc próba wydobycia tego, co dotyczy szeroko rozumianej infrastruktury pocztowej i cech ją określających, dlatego nie uwzględniono w artykule tych wszystkich właściwości, które znaleźć by można w opracowaniu ujmującym ten aspekt tylko z punktu widzenia technicznego i gałęziowego. The aim of the article is to conduct a multidirectional evaluation of the solutions implemented in the field of the Polish postal structure's development as well as to define the role of the state as the main force influencing the direction of this development. The intention of the author is to conduct a theoretical study, i.e. to attempt to embrace a wide concept of the postal infrastructure and its features. Therefore, the features concerned with technical or branch understanding of the issue were not included. Multidimensional view of the problems is also an important scope of the paper.
