- Abstract
- W pierwszym półroczu 2009 roku Instytut Włókien Naturalnych i Roślin Zielarskich uzyskał osobowość prawną, otrzymał Statut oraz zaktualizował wszelkie dokumenty niezbędne do sprawnego funkcjonowania. Przyjęto także, że zarządzanie Instytutem powinno mieć charakter strategiczny, to znaczy opierać się na długookresowym planie działania, uwzględniać wszelkie zewnętrzne i wewnętrzne uwarunkowania i służyć poprawie efektywności technicznej i ekonomicznej. Podstawową wytyczną zarządzania jest strategia rozwoju przygotowana przez dyrektora w procesie demokratycznego konsultowania jej założeń wśród kierowników jednostek organizacyjnych i członków Rady Naukowej. Celem artykułu jest prezentacja założeń tej strategii. (fragment tekstu)
The paper is an attempt to present the foundations of the development concept of the Institute of Natural Fibers and Medicinal Plants in the period of restructuring. There is a description of the current status of organization indicating its strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats of the improvement. Author discusses the external and internal determinants of the strategy with the special consideration of the legal and economic factors. Afterwards there is a characterization of the mission and vision of the Institute and the most important development aims in the context of the usage of human resources and material bases. The new organizational structure has been proposed in order to efficient activity of all units of the Institute. In the end of the paper one can find essential contents of the strategy comprise the selected fields of researches treated as the priorities during next few years. (original abstract) - Accessibility
