- Abstract
- Prezentowany artykuł opisuje koncepcję controllingu kapitału intelektualnego, która wykazuje znaczną użyteczność aplikacyjną. Wykorzystanie koncepcji controllingu odpowiednio porządkuje podejście przedsiębiorstwa do planowania, kontroli oraz pomnażania zasobów kapitału intelektualnego. Rola controllingu kapitału intelektualnego jest w takim rozwiązaniu powiązana z określeniem, jakiego rodzaju zasobów kapitału intelektualnego wymaga realizacja poszczególnych celów strategicznych, a także z oceną wartości posiadanych zasobów kapitału intelektualnego oraz wskazaniem efektywnych dróg rozwoju lub pozyskiwania niezbędnych z punktu widzenia realizacji strategii aktywów intelektualnych. The presented article is describing the conception of controlling of the intellectual capital which is demonstrating the considerable application usefulness. Using of the conception the controlling, appropriately tricking the enterprise to the planning, the control and accumulating assets of the intellectual capital. Lines of the controlling of the intellectual capital in such solving are connected with determining, what kind of resources of the intellectual capital the accomplishment of individual strategic objectives, as well as stores with the evaluation of the value had requires of the intellectual capital and determining effective roads of the development or recruiting essential from a point of view of the implementation of strategies of intellectual assets.
