Abstract
Celem opracowania jest przedstawienie propozycji nowego sposobu analizy i doskonalenia zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi w małej firmie sieciowej. W opracowaniu przedstawiono opis nowego podejścia, przyjęte założenia oraz sam proces przeprowadzonej analizy stanu i procesu zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi w małym sieciowym zespole projektowym. The objective of this paper is the presentation of new ways of analyzing and perfecting HRM in a small networked company. The paper presents a description of a new approach, assumptions made, as well as the process itself of conducting analyses of the state and process of managing human resources in a small networked project team.
