- Przedstawiono analizę wpływu procesów globalizacji gospodarki światowej na kształtowanie rozwoju obszarów wiejskich. Opisano główne przesłanki zjawisk integracji i liberalizacji rynków ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem sektora rolno-spożywczego. Obszary wiejskie są elementem systemu ekonomicznego uczestniczącym w procesach globalizacyjnych. W tym kontekście zidentyfikowano uwarunkowania rozwoju tych obszarów i kierunki oddziaływania polityki gospodarczej na producentów i konsumentów z terenów wiejskich. Wskazano ponadto na zjawiska kryzysu ekonomicznego w procesach globalizacji. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The paper presents analysis of the globalisation processes of the world economy influence on the determination of the rural areas development. Author describes main premises of the markets integration and liberalization with special consideration of the food economy. He treats the rural areas as the element of the economic system taking part in the globalization processes. In this context there is an identification of the factors of the development of these areas and presentation of the economic policy directions towards the producers and consumers of the rural society. Moreover author describes the financial crisis results in this field. Special attention is paid to the changes in the agriculture as the main form of economic activity in the rural areas. The work is concluded with some ideas regarding regarding the development chances of the rural societies and the threats connected with the global strategies of the economic growth.
