- Celem artykułu jest ocena wiarygodności prognoz makroekonomicznych wykorzystywanych do wieloletniego planowania budżetowego. Wykorzystano w nim dane pochodzące z programów konwergencji i programów stabilności krajów UE. W artykule dokonano analizy porównawczej tych programów z punktu widzenia wiarygodności prognoz podstawowych parametrów, jak: stopa realnego wzrostu PKB, relacja deficytu sektora finansów publicznych do PKB, relacja długu publicznego do PKB.(abstrakt oryginalny)
This article aims to assess the credibility of macroeconomic forecasts used for multi-year budgeting. It draws data from the stability and convergence programmes of the EU countries. The paper is a comparative analysis of these programs in terms of the quality of forecasts of the basic parameters such as: rate of real GDP growth, the ratio of general government deficit to GDP and ratio of public debt to GDP.(original abstract) - Accessibility
