Abstract

Gotowość inwestycyjną w skrócie można określić jako zespół czynników świadczących o stopniu przygotowania przedsiębiorcy do procesu ubiegania się o dofinansowanie konkretnego projektu. Wśród nich należy wyróżnić: zrozumienie i znajomość podmiotu wnioskującego o finansowanie własnych potrzeb kapitałowych, posiadanie wiedzy na temat dostępnych form i źródeł finansowania, rozeznanie co do preferencji inwestora oraz umiejętne zaprezentowanie mu projektu, tzn. stanowiące odpowiedź na oczekiwania informacyjne inwestora. W przypadku aniołów biznesu kryteria inwestycyjne potencjalnych kapitałodawców są niezwykle istotne. Celem pracy uczyniono zaakcentowanie, że gotowość inwestycyjna może znacząco wpływać na pozyskiwanie finansowania od business angels.(abstrakt oryginalny)

Investment readiness can be briefly defined as a set of factors proving the level of entrepreneur's readiness to apply for funding of a particular project. Among them the following should be mentioned: applying entity's understanding and knowledge of their own financial needs, possessing the knowledge about the accessible financial forms and resources, insight into investor's preferences and competent presentation of a project, that is the ability to answer to informational expectations of an investor. In case of business angels, investment criteria of a potential venture capital investor are extremely important. The aim of this paper is to emphasise the fact that investment readiness may have a significant impact on raising funds from business angels.(original abstract)
