Abstract
Celem artykułu jest prezentacja koncepcji otwartych innowacji (open innovations), najważniejszych uwarunkowań powstania i rozwoju, założeń oraz przykładów praktycznej aplikacji. W pierwszej części artykułu zostanie zaprezentowane porównanie pomiędzy tradycyjnym podejściem do innowacji (closed innovations) a nowym, otwarty-m podejściem. W kolejnych częściach artykułu zostaną omówione wyniki dotychczas publikowanych badań oraz powiązania analizowanej koncepcji z innymi współcześnie popularyzowanymi koncepcjami zarządzania. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The aim of this paper is to present briefly the concept of open innovations - its most important assumptions, contingencies of development, as well as examples of practical applications. First, the comparison of closed and open innovations are demonstrated. Next, the results of the analysis of research conducted so far are discussed briefly. Finally, the short comparison of the concept of open innovations and some other similar concepts of contemporary management is presented. (original abstract)
