Abstract
W naszym opracowaniu podejmujemy problem relacji pomiędzy ZZL i kreowaniem wartości firmy. Literatura dostarcza w tym zakresie szereg rekomendacji z zakresu podjętego tematu. Wszystkie one powinny skłaniać do ostrożnego, ale i kategorycznego podejmowania prób analizowania wpływu ZZL na wartość organizacji.(abstrakt oryginalny)

In this paper we analyze the problem of relations between HRM and organization value creation. Literature provides many propositions to this subject. Basing on the studies of literature, we propose four recommendations for evaluating and creating the HRM impact on value of organization. We are convinced that our propositions can improve effect of organization's value assessment process.(original abstract)
