- Partnerstwo publiczno-prywatne staje się coraz powszechniejszym sposobem rozwiązania problemu niedoboru środków inwestycyjnych w ochronie zdrowia. Specyfika modelu Alzira polega na przejęciu przez inwestora odpowiedzialności za świadczenie usług zdrowotnych dla określonej populacji w zamian za wynagrodzenie w formie kapitacji. Artykuł prezentuje ewolucję modelu i ocenę funkcjonowania.(abstrakt oryginalny)
The public-private partnership is becoming a more and more popular way to solve the problem of the shortage of investment in health care. Alzira's model consists in taking over by the investor the responsibility for providing health services for specific population in return for the remuneration in the form of capitation. The article presents the evolution of the model and the evaluation of the operation.(original abstract) - Accessibility
