- Abstract
- Omówiono wyniki badania przeprowadzonego w celu poznania stylu życia polskich menedżerów i ich preferencji oraz ustalenia, czy występują związki między cechami respondenta a wyborem określonego stylu i jego oceną.
In the paper an attempt was made to obtain an answer to the question: "What is the Polish XXI century manager's attitude to reality"? It was settled on the basis of the choice of values and lifestyles, made by this professional group. An influence was also presented which various factors (such as social background, education etc.) on the choices. Thus, the main research problem was aimed at answering the question concerning the most common choices of lifestyles and an attempt to explain them. Theoretical considerations by Polish humanists concerning the idea of value were presented. In the survey, an analysis of questionnaires, filled by respondents, was used, whereas in this analysis an emphasize is placed on a description of linear dependences between selected managers qualities and the preferences concerning lifestyles.
