- Artykuł wskazuje na zawiłości terminologiczne związane z dwiema kluczowymi w rozwoju świata koncepcjami: zrównoważonego rozwoju oraz równoważenia rozwoju regionów świata, dla potrzeb ich finansowania na poziomie lokalnym (na przykładzie gmin województwa łódzkiego). Pokazuje znaczenie zrównoważonego rozwoju oraz ewolucję samej koncepcji z uwzględnieniem postanowień Szczytu Ziemi, jaki miał miejsce w Rio de Janeiro w czerwcu 2012 r.(abstrakt oryginalny)
The article shows the complexity of the terminology associated with two key concepts in the development of the world: sustainable development and balancing of development of various regions of the world, for the purpose of their financing at the local level (based on the communes of Łódź Voivodeship). It shows the importance of sustainable development and the evolution of the concept including provisions of the Earth Summit that took place in Rio de Janeiro in June 2012.(original abstract) - Accessibility
