The paper presents the main directions of government's interventionism in process of transformation Polish economic system. At the present moment it's impossibly to specify the trade, objective priorities of economic policy in Poland. The government ought to create universal conditions to full growth of enterprise - to aid privatization and capital expenditure in every sectors of Polish economy, to protect national enterprises from foreign competition.
