- Omówiono przyczyny trudności w ustalaniu nowej polityki rolnej w okresie przemian ustrojowych.
The causes of difficulties in determining the new agricultural policy during the system transformations are discussed in the paper. On the basis of other countries' experiences the author sees the necessity of active policy, not only structural but also aimed at stabilization, on part of the government.
