- Abstract
- Przedstawiono zarys ewolucji na rynku przedsiębiorstw leasingowych i regulacje prawne w zakresie umów leasingowych. Scharakteryzowano organizację rynku leasingu w Polsce oraz zarysowano prognostyki kierunków rozwoju sektora leasingu.
During the last years Polish leasing market has shown a constant growth. Today leasing is reflecting economic trends in Poland and law regulations especially in taxation aspect. In the opinion of an author a positive tendency in the significant part is the consequence of polish leasing companies strong activities. Many times legal aspects where the consequence of the market changes. In some cases results of the evolution still should be corrected. In the opinion of an author it is necessary to come back to some of previous solutions e.g. legal aspect of financial lease - understanding as service, not like a purchase (last change when joining the EU) and search for the benefits dedicated to individual customers. Key issue for the future growth seem to be than a real benefit for individual customers in car lease area. It is also very important to increase a leasing presence in the real estate and public sector, to promote leasing as an effective financial tool, alternative to credit. Otherwise a stabilisation or decrees may be foreseen. (original abstract) - Accessibility
