- W referacie tym zamierzamy przypomnieć krótko cechy tego wskaźnika, aby następnie wykazać, jak można połączyć instrumenty dla ATPI, żeby otrzymać klasyfikację odnoszącą się do różnych sposobów wzrostu regionów, które tworzą gospodarkę narodową. Przykład podający dane o zatrudnieniu pozarolniczym w dwudziestu regionach włoskich w latach 1960-1984 pozwoli z pewnością ukazać konkretne możliwości zatrudnienia w zaproponowanym schemacie analitycznym.
