- Celem artykułu jest prezentacja przeglądu literatury w zakresie pojęcia zagrożenia, klasyfikacji zagrożeń i ich przykładów. W końcowej części artykułu wskażemy, że niektóre zagrożenia nie mogą być objęte ochroną ubezpieczeniową, co wskazują ogólne warunki ubezpieczeń. Artykuł oprzemy o literaturę przedmiotu dotyczącą zagrożeń w różnych dziedzinach gospodarki narodowej. (fragment tekstu)
This article describes the variety of threats. There are many definitions of threats. Majority of them is below-mentioned. There is a long review of natural threats and these, which are induced by human factor. With the development of civilization the number of threats increases and the new one appears. One of the control method of dangers is insurance. Most of threats arc being insured, for example natural disasters. There arc also obligatory insurance, which according to the law are obligated to be insured, and non-obligatory insurances. The latter one doesn't have to be led by insurance company. A big group of threats induced by human factor can be not included into non-obligatory insurance. If the company decides to insure them, it points them clearly. We can conclude that the source of insurance risk is a threat and it's complicated to create one simple definition for all threats, because they are related with many economic and social occurrences.
