Abstract

W opracowaniu scharakteryzowano kohortę osób młodych, zarówno pod kątem definicyjnym, jak i analitycznym. Przedstawiono dotychczasowy postęp kooperacji w ramach Europejskiej Sieci Współpracy Regionalnych Obserwatoriów Rynku Pracy oraz kierunek dalszych badań w zakresie monitorowania osób młodych w Europie.(fragment tekstu)

The subject of this article is to present importance of the international cooperation in developing European Model of Youth Monitoring by the initiative under the name European Network on Regional Labour Market Monitoring (ENRLM). The article presents institutional and pragmatic grounded reasons for taking up such initiatives. The example of the initiative within ENRLM was availed for institutional basis. However on pragmatic basis the article presents the youth situation within the labour market and the risks resulting from the socio-economic transformations caused by the crisis. The article reveals how important this type of international cooperation is in the implementation of European youth policy.(original abstract)
