- Rozważania koncentrują się wokół identyfikacji i oceny wpływu najważniejszych czynników kształtujących dochody z pracy poza gospodarstwem rolnym. Wśród determinant dochodów uzyskiwanych poza gospodarstwem rolnym uwzględniono charakterystyki jakości kapitału ludzkiego, stanu gospodarstwa rolnego i sytuacji na lokalnym rynku pracy. Próba kwantyfikacji wpływu wyodrębnionych determinant na poziom dochodów pozarolniczych stanowi końcową część prac badawczych. (abstrakt oryginalny)
An identification and an assessment of the impact of the most important factors shaping the off-farm income is a subject of the paper. A neoclassical theory of the labour supply constitute the theoretical basis of the time allocations. Amongst determinants of off-farm earnings, the quality of the human capital, the state of an arable farm and the situation on the local labour market were distinguished. An attempt of the quantification of the influence of distinguished determinants on non-agricultural income is finishing the study. (original abstract) - Accessibility
