- Abstract
- Badania rynku nieruchomości mieszkaniowych w Polsce dotyczą przede wszystkim kształtowania się cen nieruchomości mieszkaniowych w przekroju jakościowym oraz przestrzennym, dynamiki budowy nowych lokali mieszkalnych przez różne kategorie inwestorów i dynamiki sprzedaży mieszkań oraz domów wznoszonych przez deweloperów. Nieliczne tylko opracowania zwracają uwagę na wybrane aspekty satysfakcji z zamieszkiwania oraz oczekiwań w tym zakresie konsumentów - potencjalnych nabywców mieszkań. W artykule pokazano, w jaki sposób można sklasyfikować, a następnie zbadać cechy jakościowe, opisujące warunki środowiska mieszkaniowego. Uzyskane wyniki ukazują relacje między percepcją i oceną atrybutów obecnego mieszkania i jego otoczenia a oczekiwanymi cechami w planowanym lokum. (abstrakt oryginalny)
Research of the market for housing real estate in Poland concerns, first of all, housing real estate pricing in the qualitative and spatial profile, dynamics of construction of new housing premises by various categories of investors and dynamics of sales of flats and houses erected by developers. Only not numerous works pay attention to the selected aspects of satisfaction with living and consumers' expectations in this respect - potential purchasers of flats. In her article, the author shows how one may classify and then survey the qualitative features describing the housing environment's conditions. The achieved results point out to the relations between perception and assessment of the attributes of present dwelling and its background and the expected features in the planned lodging.
