- W analizowanym okresie polski rynek pracy, podlegając zmianom, wykazywał pewne cechy charakterystyczne. Zagadnienie to stanowi przedmiot niniejszego opracowania. Jego celem jest analiza cech polskiego rynku pracy w latach 2004-2010 oraz zachodzących w tym zakresie zmian, co pozwoli również wskazać podstawowe tendencje w rozwoju rynku pracy. Cele opracowania będą realizowane przy wykorzystaniu metody analityczno-opisowej. (fragment tekstu)
The labour market is a place where the economic situation of each country is reflected. Sooner or later changes in the economic activity of enterprises will find their reflection in terms of labour demand and supply. In the analyzed period 2004-2010 there were in Poland two different periods in terms of the labour market situation. In the first, high economic growth caused the positive changes in the labour market. Employment growth and falling unemployment confirm generally good economic condition in 2004-2007. In turn, since 2008, in conditions of a deteriorating conjuncture, the labour market faced problems that could be seen seen in increasing flows into unemployment. Employment rate fell and unemployment rose. (original abstract) - Accessibility
