Abstract
W artykule przedstawiono możliwości zastosowania modeli agentowych do badania procesów zachodzących w organizacjach. W pracy pokazano przykłady zastosowania wyżej wymienionego modelu do symulowania procesów przywództwa i zmiany w organizacjach.(abstrakt oryginalny)

This paper presents the possibility of using agent models to study processes in organizations. Two dimensional cellular automaton has been used for modelling. As a key mechanism, influence of leaders using 'word of mouth' (w-o-m) communication was adopted because it is a crucial tool in this area. This paper shows examples of the above-mentioned model to simulate processes of leadership and change in organizations.(original abstract)
