Abstract
Niniejszy tekst prezentuje problematykę kapitału intelektualnego w wymiarze regionalnym. Głównym celem jest przedstawienie podejść do zagadnienia pomiaru kapitału intelektualnego jako istotnego czynnika w procesie rozwoju regionalnego.(abstrakt oryginalny)

This paper presents the issues of intellectual capital at the regional level. The main objective is to present approaches to the measurement of intellectual capital as a significant factor of the regional development.(original abstract)
