- W oparciu o badania empiryczne w publikacji podjęto zagadnienie efektywności struktury własności przedsiębiorstw analizowanej ze względu na zależności między koncentracją własności i rodzajem dominujących akcjonariuszy a wynikami finansowymi spółek. (abstrakt oryginalny)
