Abstract
Present conditions of economic and social development in the countries of European Economic Commonwealth established assumptions for solution of taboo aspects of standard competency of handicapped and also to prove competent even on leading positions within organizations. This article concerns the opening of some problems that are connected with the assumptions and limitation of competency of these people on managerial posts.(fragment of text)
