Abstract
The author claims that improving means of transmitting information influences not only changes in social structure but also transformation of material production. Moreover, it is connected with increasing life's pace, which influences acceleration of knowledge updating pace. Hitherto the world was explained in a simple way, by paradigm. However, today a predominant social tendency is vagueness which forms a new outlook of information era. A system of algorithms and rules should be formulated within its frames, and respecting them would facilitate the processes of communication and living in conditions of incomplete and insufficient information.(original abstract)
