- Wszelkie działania podejmowane są przez ludzi, dla ludzi i z myślą o ludziach. Centralnym punktem rozważań powinien być zatem człowiek. Człowiek, który piękno odkrywa w rozwoju. Potrzeba rozwoju determi- nowana jest poprzez potrzebę samorealizacji. Potrzeba ta stanowi rdzeń, pewnego rodzaju początek, punkt wyjścia i jednocześnie punkt odniesienia. "Każdy chce być kimś..." The world changes and develops itself permanently. The source of the omnipresent growth is represented by a man. It is essential to take advantage of one's potential to achieve the competitive edge. The job of the effective leadership is to see the potential. The framing of development braid shows the points of diversification in leadership styles.
