- W I kwartale 2006 r. ogólny wskaźnik koniunktury przyjął wartość +3.4, taką samą jak w I kwartale 1996 r. i większą niż w dowolnym innym I kwartale od rozpoczęcia badania koniunktury w budownictwie. Warto podkreślić, że w I kwartale we wszystkich pozostałych latach wskaźnik przyjmował znacznie niższe, ujemne wartości. Obecny wskaźnik koniunktury jest większy o 9 punktów niż w I kwartale rok temu, o 13 punktu niż 2 lata temu, o 37 punktów niż 3 lata temu i o 42 punkty niż 4 lata temu. Wskaźniki koniunktury w sektorze prywatnym i publicznym mają zbliżone wartości, odpowiednio równe +3.1 i +4.7. Podobnie jak wskaźnik koniunktury w ujęciu ogółem, obecne wskaźniki obu sektorów własnościowych są prawie takie same jak w I kwartale 1996 r. i większe niż w I kwartale pozostałych lat. In the 1st Quarter of 2006 the general business indicator took a value +3.4, the same as in the 1st Quarter of 1996 and higher than in any 1st quarter since the business survey for construction industry has been initiated. It is worth emphasizing, that in every 1st quarter of the other years the business indicator took much lower, negative value. At present the business indicator is higher by 9 points than in the 1st quarter a year ago, by 13 points than 2 years ago, by 37 points than 3 years ago and by 42 points than 4 years ago. The business indicators in the private and public sector take similar values, equal to +3.1 and +4.7, respectively. Similarly as the general business indicator, present indicators of both ownership sectors are almost the same as in the 1st Quarter of 1996 and higher than in the 1st quarter of the other years.
