- Abstract
- The political picture of the world depends on ways of conceptualization realities. For people who search for the roots, enemies are important, and the most potentially dangerous enmity always arises lengthways intercivilization lacunas. Restoring social memory, people of the former USSR restored not only traditional identity, but also have made escalation of sleeping lacunas (gaps). The theory of regional civilizations (culturalhistorical types) is productive at the present stage in politic and the geopolitic attitude. (original abstract)
