- W opracowaniu zestawiono wybrane wskazówki na temat wartości prac naukowych z zakresu teorii organizacji i zarządzania. Studiom poddano teksty publikowane z uznanych czasopism z różnych okresów czasu. Celem opracowania jest prezentacja stanowisk autorytetów na temat tego, czym jest i czym nie jest teoria oraz co oznacza jej rozwijanie. Problem oceny wartości opracowań naukowych, które mają rozwijać teorię, jest szczególnie ważny w świetle ostatnich zmian na uniwersytetach. Wyniki dokonanego zestawienia mogą służyć wypracowaniu kryteriów oceny oryginalności opracowań naukowych. (abstrakt oryginalny)
This paper summarizes selected guidelines on the scientific work in the field of organization and management theory. Studied texts were published in significant journals from different time periods. Outcomes of analysis can be used to develop criteria for evaluation of scientific originality. The aim of this paper is to confront the proposals of various famous authors and to make synthesis of it. The problem of assessing the value of scientific studies is particularly important in view of recent changes at the polish universities. (original abstract) - Accessibility
