- W IV kwartale 2001 roku ogólny wskaźnik koniunktury przyjął wartość -38.1, niższą o 18.4 punktu procentowego w porównaniu z III kwartałem 2001 roku. W porównaniu z IV kwartałem 2000 roku ogólny wskaźnik koniunktury jest niższy tylko o 2.6 punktu, lecz niższy o 13.9 punktu niż dwa lata temu i niższy aż o 27.1 punktu niż trzy lata temu. Zbliżone wartości wskaźnika koniunktury w IV kwartale 2001 i 2000 roku nie oznaczają osłabienia długookresowego spadkowego trendu budownictwa. Zwiększenie popytu na usługi budowlane jest efektem ogłoszenia przez rząd planu zaostrzenia systemu podatków związanych z budownictwem. (fragment tekstu)
In the 4th quarter of 2001 the general business indicator has a value of-38.1, lower by 18.4 percentage points in comparison with the 3rd quarter of 2001. In comparison with the 4th quarter of 2000 the general business indicator is lower only by 2.6 points, but lower by 13.9 points than two years ago and lower by 27.1 points than three years ago. Similar values of the business indicator in the 4th quarter of 2001 and 2000 don't mean that the decreasing trend of the construction activity is slowing down. An increase of the demand for the construction services is a result of the government's plan of sharpening tax regulations connected with construction. (fragment of text) - Accessibility
