- Abstract
- The business environment today is characterized by an increase in globalization and the growing competitive pressures. Above mentioned issues increased number of business crises as well as the extension of the risks to the stability of the business environment. The company management must there-fore currently manage the increased demands, flexibly respond to the first signs of the crisis and also prove to assess imminent danger and even eliminate this danger. If an enterprise undergoes a crisis it must provide the necessary tools to overcome crisis. Business management in a crisis is forcing business managers to use innovative methods and management techniques that are adequate in a crisis environment. The paper deals with the description of potential crises in the company under the curve of the business life cycle, with possible causes and their coping.(author's abstract)
