- Celem badań była identyfikacja zasięgu przestrzennego i natężenia tego zjawiska na obszarach wiejskich Polski, na poziomie lokalnym LAU2. Starzenie społeczeństwa Polski i UE jest przyczyną wielu negatywnych zjawisk społeczno-ekonomicznych, w tym niekorzystnych ilościowych i jakościowych zmian zasobów siły roboczej, w postaci jej relatywnie niskiego udziału w populacji, niekorzystnej struktury wiekowej i niskiego wskaźnika odnawialności. Splot tych cech wskazuje na demograficzną deteriorację. (abstrakt oryginalny)
Ageing of Polish and European societies is the reason of numerous disadvantageous social and economic phenomena, including unfavourable changes in the quantity and quality of labour force, which shows in its relatively low share in population, its aged structure and low index of replacement. Combination of these characteristics indicates demographic deterioration. The paper presents findings on: location, territorial range and intensity of demographic deterioration of potential labour force in rural areas of Poland, on local level LAU 2. In general demographic deterioration of potential labour force in its extreme form does not appear in rural areas. Rural labour force is mostly characterised by medium values of analysed variables.
