Abstract
Celem artykułu jest próba wskazania roli i znaczenia odmiennego podejścia badawczego w odniesieniu do produktu zaawansowanego technologicznie. Samo bazowanie na podejściu deklaratywnym nie gwarantuje pełnego i zgodnego z oczekiwaniami oraz wyobrażeniami użytkowników/konsumentów rozpoznania kwestii oceny i stopnia dopasowania produktu.(abstrakt autora)

The aim of this paper is an attempt to present the role and the meaning of different research approach to the advance and technology sophisticated products. Surveys which are only based on the declarations of customers only are enough to guarantee the proper results (especially in the context of customer expectations(author's abstract)
