Abstract

W obecnych czasach wiedza traktowana jest jako krytyczny zasób każdej organizacji. Dla menedżerów bardzo ważny jest proces efektywnej wymiany wiedzy oraz jej rozpowszechniania wśród tych, którzy mogą i potrafią wykorzystać ją z pożytkiem dla organizacji. W artykule dokonano analizy wyników badań procesu dzielenia się wiedzą wśród studentów jednej z polskich uczelni. Zidentyfikowano różnorodne czynniki mające wpływ na kształtowanie się zachowań związanych z dzieleniem się wiedzą wśród studentów. Artykuł ma charakter zarówno poznawczy, jak i utylitarny. Uzyskana wiedza może być bardzo użyteczna, gdyż badane osoby już za parę lat będą pracownikami firm i innych instytucji. Ich obecne postawy i wyznawane wartości z pewnością będą wpływać na przyszłe zachowania i decyzje, które będą podejmować, występując w roli pracowników. (abstrakt oryginalny)

Nowadays, knowledge is treated as a critical resource of each organization. The process of effective knowledge sharing and its spreading among those, who can use it for the benefit of the organization is very important for managers. This article analyzes the results of research in area of knowledge sharing among students at one of the polish universities. There was identified a variety of factors affecting the behaviors related to sharing knowledge among the students. The article has cognitive and utilitarian content. The results of researches can be very useful, because in few years the respondents will become employees of companies or other institutions. Their current attitudes, intentions and system of values will certainly affect the future behavior and decisions, that will be taken in the future, acting as employees. (original abstract)
