- Abstract
- E-administracja polega na udostępnieniu interesantom (mieszkańcom i przedsiębiorstwom) usług publicznych za pośrednictwem Internetu. Istotną rolę w rozwoju e-administracji odgrywa prowadzenie badań porównawczych w zakresie e-usług oferowanych przez instytucje administracji publicznej. Celem artykułu jest klasyfikacja urzędów gminnych województwa dolnośląskiego w zakresie e-usług. Procedura badawcza obejmowała dwa etapy: agregację danych i analizę skupień. W wyniku zastosowanej procedury wyodrębniono 6 klas gmin zróżnicowanych ze względu na zakres informacji i formy komunikacji oferowane na stronach internetowych.(abstrakt oryginalny)
E-government means providing the government services to customers (citizens and businesses) via Internet. Conducting comparative studies of public administration institutions on e-services performs an important role in e-government development. The aim of this paper is a classification of municipal offices in Lower Silesia voivodeship on e-services. The research procedure consisted of two steps: data aggregation and cluster analysis. As a result of the investigation, there were separated 6 clusters of communes differentiated due to the information and communication available on their websites.(original abstract) - Accessibility
