- Niniejszy artykuł, oparty na studium przypadku, prezentuje sytuację zmiany organizacyjnej, w ramach której organizacja zbudowana jako struktura funkcjonalna przeobraża się w organizację opartą na procesach, a nowo powstałe interdyscyplinarne zespoły zostają ujęte w strukturę macierzową, łamiącą zasadę jednoosobowego kierownictwa. Głównym elementem prezentowanego przypadku jest mechanizm przekształcania się poszczególnych elementów władzy formalnej (prawomocnej), pochodzącej ze struktury organizacyjnej, we władzę nieformalną (charyzmatyczną), wynikającą z posiadanego zakresu wiedzy. The article, based on a case study, presents the situation of organizational change in which the organization built in accordance with the functional structure transforms into the organization based on processes and the newly created interdisciplinary teams are included into the matrix structure which breaks the principle of single management. The main element of the presented case is the mechanism of the transformation of individual elements of formal (legal) authority derived from the organizational structure into the informal (charismatic) authority resulting from the extent of achieved knowledge.
