- Artykuł zawiera analizę literatury z zakresu procesowego podejścia do zarządzania wiedzą. Autor podzielił proces nabywania wiedzy na trzy poziomy. Poziom pierwszy związany jest z definicją wiedzy jako zjawiska. Poziom drugi dotyczy zasad zarządzania wiedzą. Poziom trzeci wiąże się z budową systemu zarządzania wiedzą.(abstrakt oryginalny)
The article contains the analysis of literature on process approach to knowledge management. The author has divided a process of knowledge acquiring into three levels. The first level is connected with knowledge definition. The second level concerns knowledge management building.
