- Abstract
- W artykule przedstawiono główne procesy realizowane w outsourcingu personalnym oraz charakterystykę wybranych kryteriów, które mogą zostać wykorzystane w ocenie realizacji zaprezentowanych procesów, wraz ze wskazaniem uwarunkowań wykorzystania wspomnianych kryteriów. W ostatniej części ujęto kierunki doskonalenia przedstawionych wcześniej procesów w outsourcingu personalnym, które uwzględnia się w przypadku stwierdzenia utrudnień w osiąganiu oczekiwanych efektów realizacji tych procesów.(abstrakt oryginalny)
The paper includes the presentation of the main processes carried out in HR outsourcing, also the characteristics of the draft criteria that can be used in the assessment of processes, together with an indication of conditions that should be considered in the application of highlighted criteria. The last part of the paper includes directions of process improvements, undertaken in the case of the irregularities identified by using previously described criteria in process assessment.(original abstract) - Accessibility
