- Wykluczenie finansowe oznacza brak dostępu dla pewnych grup społeczeństwa do niezbędnych usług finansowych oferowanych w odpowiedniej formie przez. Problem ten dotyka w szczególności gospodarstwa domowe o niskich dochodach. Wśród instrumentów rozwiązywania i przeciwdziałania temu niepożądanemu społecznie i ekonomicznie zjawisku należy wskazać ideę mikrofinansowania, w tym produkty i usługi oferowane przez pośredników mikrofinansowych - mikrokredyty, mikrooszczędności oraz mikroubezpieczenia. Financial exclusion means lack of accessibility to essential financial services in an appropriate form by certain social groups. This problem especially concerns lower-income households. Among the tools solving and preventing this socially and economically undesirable phenomenon it is crucial to point out the idea of microfinancing the products and services offered by microfinance agents such as microcredit, microsavings and microinsurance.
