- Podejście zasobowe jest chronologicznie najmłodszym podejściem badawczym, które wykształciło się na gruncie zarządzania strategicznego. Liczne publikacje na ten temat oraz wyniki badań empirycznych wskazują, że podejście to nadal cieszy się znaczną popularnością ze strony zarówno teoretyków, jak i praktyków zarządzania. Po okresie, liczącego sobie blisko dwadzieścia lat, burzliwego rozwoju podejścia zasobowego i znacznej ilości przeprowadzonych w tym zakresie badań nadszedł czas refleksji i krytyki. Celem referatu jest identyfikacja i analiza teoretycznych i praktycznych "pułapek" tego podejścia, na które coraz częściej zwracają uwagę badacze. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The resource-based view of strategy has been the most recent approach to strategic management. A great number of articles and research that are dedicated to it shows that although the resource-based view was formulated nearly 20 years ago it is still very popular among both scholars and managers. In spite of undeniable advantages that this approach possesses, it has also some limitations. The main goal of this article is to identify and present the main theoretical and practical "traps" of the resource-based view. (original abstract) - Accessibility
